Ben's World

Lately our dog, Molly , has become a little assertive in getting what she wants. Meaning that she now will try to eat off the dinner table. A bad, bad habit! The other night Ben yelled that Molly was trying to get his plate and I told him to put his plate up where she couldn't get it, like the kitchen counter rather than the dinner table. Well, yesterday I looked up on the refrigerator and saw a dirty dinner plate. Yes, I seem to recall he said he put it somewhere she would never get it.

Ben loves to go on bike rides with the three of us riding in tandem but for me it takes a lot of momentum to get up that hill right out of the gate. We were heading out the other day to conquer the hill and I asked if he was ready and he said "my feet are polished, my hair is neat and tidy and I'm ready to go!"

What color were his feet polished? More important did the polished feet help pedal up the hill.

Sincethe pedals magically spin around whether he pedals or not Ben claims he has invisable feet and that they are pedaling.

make that "he is pedaling."

Gee, if only we could all go through life with invisible feet pedaling for us, propelling us ever forward through no effort of our own!

But, then again, we would not be steering, either, would we? And who knows where we'd end up?

Umm...did you think you were steering?!
