Going to the Dog

So I do believe the dog is going to beat me in this weight loss contest. HoHum. I've tried but after being down one pound on Sunday I'm solidly up again despite bike riding, going to the gym and walking like a mad fool in 90 degree weather. I'm sure that I'm building muscle. Yes that's it. I've built muscle this week. Over a pound of solid muscle. Tried to binge to drop by having a venti iced chai but that for some reason did not spur weight loss. Now why is that? Oh well. After I wake up Sarina I"ll try to pull that tag-a-long and trailer up the hill again. Made it the other day I'm happy to say. So proud accomplishment there. Yes, I'm sure I build some muscle hauling those two around. Ben would be more help but he insists that he has invisible feet that pedal since the pedals go around whether his feet are on them or not. I have to yell at him to pedal on the hills.

Update:

Made it up the hill once again. I'm so psyched that I can make it up the hill. Unfortunately I ate almost half of Ben's muffin when we stopped at the coffee shop. So why is my weight up again this morning?

Children can have strange idea's. I remember my mother telling a story about aunt Jeanette and she stated " I can't walk I have no bones in my legs. Carry me"
and a little girl who couldn't ride her bike because it hated her.
All three are difficult to explain to a child.

Well, I give you kudos for trying. I have not been able to get myself motivated to work out hardly at all this summer. Somehow, I have not gained weight. Maybe it's the 500 times a day I have to stop what I'm doing, get up, go into the other room and get Cookie's ball out from under the furniture?

Good for you!!! I would like to see the DOG(who shouldn't count)do that.
My be the contest should have second place for the one who tried the hardest.
