I'm back in the weight loss mode after two weeks of no loss. Now I'm thinking of setting some goals but the question is what goal. Do I set a weight I want or more like a size I want to be. I was shopping the other day for clothes and it is nice to be shopping in the normal size department now. I noticed that there were tons of size tens. Is no one a size ten? All the sales racks were size ten. I thought maybe I should set a goal for ten because then I would always be able to find something in my size. That would be great. But then I should have a target weight to shoot for. Hmmmmmm...what to do.
Had a nice weekend visiting with my Sils and my Mil in Chicago. Took a bus tour of the city. It was quite nice. Also I took the El by myself for the first time and I only got lost by about a block. Not bad. I really love the El. So easy to get on and ride across town. And no parking hassles.
The heat has broken here and it is a pretty nice balmy day. So glad to be rid of that humidity. Even though it was hot and humid I still had to get out and walk to get my 10k in everyday. I'm down for the day as Ben wanted to go to the gym today so we will have to walk to the park after Sarina's nap. At least I won't be drenched in sweat by the time we get to the top of the hill. None of our parks are very shady. Why is that anyway?
