Like Cool!
Ben has taught Sarina to slide down the stairs head first. In that I mean that he slides down and she tumbles down after him invariably smacking her head. Tonight she started to slide headfirst down the family room stairs, flipped over and then rolled down to the bottom landing on her head with her butt in the air. She then said "Wow, Cool!" Yes, we are learning lots of new words.

Oh!! shades of Auntie Caryl and her trike bike rides down the stairs. and her refusal to even try anything but walking or riding up and down the stairs.
the joys of children
Michael Joseph used to fake fall down the stairs to make me laugh. Oh, how funny that was! Even funnier than when he'd open a door and pretend it hit him in the forehead by subtly letting it hit his foot. My, how I loved to see him hurt himself, sick child that I apparently was. I would laugh and laugh and laugh when he'd fake fall off his bike, too. I can relate to Sarina....Lord only knows how many times I bumped my head or other extremities attempting to imitate his antics!
