Ben! Ben!

Sarina has discovered her love of BEN! She looks for him all the time now. He had vacation bible school last week and she looked forward to going to his class to pick him up. She would run down the hall calling his name and then charge into the classroom and run to him. She has even been giving him little hugs as she passes him. VBS had an evening concert on the last day and Ben went up on the stage to sing (as much as Ben sings other people's songs. He far prefers to make up his own) and Sarina stood on the pew and screamed Ben! Ben! as if at a rock concert. It was too funny.

Sarina has also discovered the call of the two-year-old - NO! She loves NO. At breakfast she says "All done. Down" and I say "All done?" to which she replies "NO!" Our conversations go like this:

Sarina: MORE!
Me: Do you want more?
Sarina:NO!
Sarina (2 seconds later): MORE!
Me: More?
Sarina: NO!
Me:Down?
Sarina: NO!

And on and on. No to all things. She does not want her breakfast, she will not give up her breakfast. She does not want her clothes or her diaper changed but she complains that she has susu or ahchee. A true girl she does always want her jhuttas on. Oh, the joys of a 2-year-old. She has become a little terror and tease. She loves to harass Molly. She chases after her with her stroller laughing the whole time. You would think the dog would figure out you can avoid the child's stroller by going upstairs and or even sitting on or under the furniture but no she merely moves a few feet over and plops down once more only to be charged at again. Sometimes I just have no sympathy for her.
