Weighed myself with my new digital scale and with my old analog scale and they both agree I have not lost or gained any weight this week. Not gaining is good as I had cake 4 times this week and ice cream 3 times. Plus I had bread with butter with dinner last night. Ok, it was Ben's birthday week. We had about 3 celebrations so one piece of cake was pure gluttony on my part. Plus, I did not have to get an ice cream sundae just because we walked to the ice cream parlour. Walking three blocks is not going to cover the calories of a scoop of maple nut with caramel and whipped cream.
It seems in week 6 I am slipping back into some bad habits that I've been fairly successful in resisting. Going to have to have some new resolve this week. Did not get that resolve today as I went to lunch with a friend and ordered way too much food. That was the old me order. I did not eat it all as the old me would have but I did eat past the point of comfort and that is bad. Too much food on plate equals too much in the mouth. Well I have to get competitive because I"m going up against the Grandaus this week in the fitness challenge and no one is more competitive than a Grandau. Bring it Baby!

looks like more Sarina weight lifting and Ben racing might be a good thing to add to your Damn Carl Diet = cardio training I am pretty sure.
