Yesterday I did over 15k steps on the pedometer. Almost 6 miles. Not bad. And I took a nice bike ride with Ben so feeling pretty exercised today, especially in the hip. It really doesn't' take a lot to get the step reading up. I thought it would be more of an effort but so far it has been easy. We walked to the grocery store in the morning and then in the afternoon I cleaned the garage. Most of my steps were taking things back to the garbage that Ben and Sarina had dragged out after I threw it away.
Today we have beautiful weather. At least this morning. All week we are predicted to be overcast and rainy. At least the sky is clear now so maybe we will ride bikes to the park this morning. AT least we don't have the flooding here. Our creek was up in the yard for the morning yesterday and the neighbor's bridge was washed out. Bummer about the bridge. We used to cross the creek there and walk the Ice Age Trail. It will probably be too buggy this summer anyway with all the rain we are having. Ben wants to water the plants and is deeply disappointed with all the rain.
