I think we have gotten to the other side now. No fevers today, just coughs. Both children slept fairly well through the night. I"m glad for that but of course now that they feel better the weather has taken a turn for the worse. Rain today, so we went off to the bookstore for our first visit since getting back. It was good to be home and to see my co-workers. WE did not however, buy any books.
Sarina's tests all came back negative. WE harbor no parasites here. Thank goodness. But now we have to find the source of her constant poop. Back to a bland diet. I am making what the Nepalis call "chowdo" a mixture of rice and lentils cooked together with carrots and potaoes but with little seasoning. Hopefully that will stop her up and then we can slowly introduce some new things.
My child is harressing me and I have to go.

Your great grandmother Chiapetta (nana) would have said she was overlooked by someone who wanted her for their own child. That what she did with Cheryl and said prayed over and then put a little sack with a pliece of red cloth in on her undershirt close to her heart. your nanny said gilve her a bolied sweet potatoe and bolied milk. I am not sure which worked but with in 24 hours she had stopped pooping after 4-5 poops per day for over a week.
Love ya
see you tomorrow;mom
