DOH!

So remember when I said Sarina thought it was funny to tell us that she had Ahchee when she didn't. Well, it seems she may have been telling us that she had to go. Perhaps she laughed at us when we didn't get it and so had to change her pants. Today she has become quit insistant that she had to use the toilet. In the car she kept saying "Mom! Mom! Ahchee!" over and over. I raced home and put her in the toiltet and she peed! Later she asked again and she peed and pooped. Oh she was so proud.

What a smart girl..YEAH no more diapers!!!FREE FREE FREE at last.
You still have to wipe you know ;-)

So glad she's not like Sammi...little miss control freak. Oh yes I know how to potty on the pot BUT I'll go when I'm damn well ready.
The girl that wanted "big girl panties" on the very day we were to leave on our trip. OKAY but you must pee pee on the potty, well limo to the airport, plane to NC, plane to FL, car ride to Hilton Head...she never wet her pants. From that day she on she was on her own damn time! What a girl won't do for a cute pair of panties!!

Good for Sarina. I remember a little girl who would not potty on the toliet even for pretty silky pants.

Hurrah, Sarina: yay you! Timing is everything, that's true, but equally important is knowing when they mean what they say and acting upon it. I set Kyra back a year by not picking up on clues, so she stopped offering them. Then when I finally started listening (because I had to for preschool requirements), she trained in a week (at 3 yrs old...)

I can see Sarina is having a hard time training you. How frustrating for her! This is going to be a long process for her to train you properly if you are going to be stubborn and not cooperate, you know!

Charyn,

Read your recent post on exercise. Take a look at this. It's suppose to be pretty good; a video game designed to give you exercise! Leave it to the Japanese to break out of the the couch-potato/video-gamer paradigm.
