Oh NO! I"m Channeling Sister #2

So I've had a rather frantic day. Had to get Ben off to school and then all the shopping done for the party tomorrow. Plus make it back in time to pick up Ben and attend his last day of school picnic. Lots of running around but I made it. Yesterday my shoulders ached from rocking Sarina so much the night before and luckily for me she barely made it to 7pm before crashing last night and slept through the night. Thank GOD! Anyway, so I didnt' mow the lawn yesterday which meant I had to mow it today and then it started to rain just in time for Sarina's nap. And Mark told me not to use the electric mower on the wet grass. Great. Now the party was shaping up just fine, except it either was going to rain and I'd have 15 kids and their mothers in my messy house or it wouldn't rain and they would be all over my long weedy grass. As luck would have it my vacuum cleaner is broken and I couldn't use my mower. What to do. Thinking fast, I cleaned like a fiend during nap then borrowed my neighbor's mower to mow the lawn after the rain stopped plus her vacuum just in case we're inside. And also her children to babysit my children while I did all this. She's relaly a great neighbor that way. I scrubbed and mowed and ran around town all day long and as I made dinner for the kids I realized aside from one bowl of cereal this morning I had barely eaten all day. Now this just does not happen to me and the amazing thing was that I still wasn't hungry and I wanted to continue cleaning! OMG, I'm my sister! Next I"ll be doing zumba. Ok, I ate and then cleaned somemore.

While cleaning today two hilarious things happened. As I was on my hands and knees this evening washing the kitchen floor Sarina came along and lifted up the back waistband of my pants, peeked inside and said "Ahchee?" I nearly died laughing.

Earlier today I thought I smelled poop so I started to look for the source. Every room I looked in I smelled it. I was starting to think that my whole house stank and I couldn't find the source of the smell. Was it a misplaced diaper? An accident I didn't find. What. Then it dawned on me, as I walked through the house the dog was following me and she was farting the whole time. OMG, she has stopped puking and now she is farting. Lovely. Can't wait to greet those guests tomorrow.
