Roller Coaster going up now

Hurrah, today more news came down from on high. The committee has processed 100 more files. Unfortunately the Minister has seen fit to only sign 20 of them. You know it is always the good news/bad news routine with any report from the Ministry. But hey, how else are they going to keep hundreds of people waiting to bring their children entertained. It is not an easy job that and they have a small budget. So they limit information, dole it out slowly and sprinkle it will little questions of doubt. Then they stir intermittently for maximum effect and viola' they have hundreds of people on the edge of their seats (or in my case lunging for the valium bottle).

So the long and the short of it is that our file may have been processed or may not have been processed. But hey, we don't even have a file number so who knows where the darn thing is.

Going down now. Please keep your hands and feet clear of the plunging car.

Put the Valium down. Just breathe; you will make it through this. AND one day when Sarina is about 13, hates your guts, is embarassed to be seen with you, but still wants you to drive her to the mall (so she can meet up with her 19 year old tatoo artist boyfriend, you will remeber these days of waiting and think, "I wish I had that Valium now."

Thanks for the Renee. It really puts this annoying wait in perspective when I look into the future and see what anxiety I will be facing once she come home. But surely they will invite some better drugs by then.

Oh dear, perhaps I should hit preview rather than post first.

Can I have your valium?

NO! And go back to bed. For God's sakes it's only 5 am.

A tattoo artist.. Cool. Maybe he'll have an Ink Show on Discovery Network. Oh wait you said 13.... hmmmm. Time to assignee her brother and his friends a little undercover work.

Undercover work is fine unless big bro introduced the tattoo artist to his dear little sis.
