Yes, once again we turn our thoughts to tomorrow and wait for that phone call. Seems the committee meets at night and may be going late. It is past nine now and I thought I would write something to let you know that we are still here. I expect to hear in the morning as my facilitator will not likely call so late. My guess is that the committee is meeting late to get all the files done. Yes, that's it. No, really I am optimistic this time. I will post in the morning which is my yesterday I think or maybe your tomorrow. Oh what the hell the difference will be night and day anyway. So sorry to disappoint.
We are doing pretty good really. A little raggedy around the edges but that is to be expected. I try to not think about what I miss the most about home. Oddly, one thing I do miss is the momos in Madison. For some reason they are just not as good here. One thing that is good here is the pastries. For some odd reason Nepalis make the best pastries and cakes I've ever tasted, although their cookies aren't that great. Every lunch and dinner they put out an assortment of fantastic desserts. I can rarely resist trying them. Yesterday was cream puff swans filled with mocha cream. Once we had banana chocolate crumble cake. Why have I never had this before?! I need the recipe for that. Everyday there are five choices at lunch and another five at dinner. Oh heaven. Also, they make freash baked danish everyday for breakfast. The breakfast buffet is so great. They have a pancake and an omlet station. Breakfast buffet is included with the room. We tend to gorge ourselves then. Even Ben eats alot at breakfast and for some reason loves poppyseed danish. They are good but an odd choice for him. Also they have fresh squeezed pineapple and orange juice everyday. Ben is our juice guy and gets the juice for us all. He does a mix of the two. Lovely really.
Anyway, tune in tonight or whenever 12 hours have gone by and I'll try to post the news then.

Manana, manana, where for art thou manana. Are you sure you guys aren't in Mexico? The two governments seem oddly similar.
Breakfast is my absolute favorite meal. How nice that you get it for free right in your hotel. By the way, Mexican citizens love pasteries too. But, they eat them in the evening.
I have washed the car seat cover and it is in the kitchen.
Need anything else when you return?
Hot bath, warm bed, whatever, be sure to make yourself at home in our absence, the house is yours until you feel rested enough to travel on.
Checking every twelve hours now......love ya
